Participation Terms
Dear colleagues!
We are glad to offer convenient participation forms depending
on the aims of
your taking part at the event:
A turnkey stand
The cost of turnkey stand is USD 260
per 1 sq.m. It includes: standard back
and side walls, frieze panel with company name (up to 10
symbols) and
logotype (up to 2 colors Oracal, up to 0,5 sq.m. size), grey
carpeting, coat
rack, wastebasket, 1 cupboard (1.0x0.5x0.8m), 2 chairs),
lunches for two
persons each working day; in case you ordered electric power
supply - 1
spot-light, 1 socket (220VAC, 3KW), standard publication
at the official
catalogue. General waste disposal, hall security are at organizers
disposal.
Minimal stand size is 4 sqm.
Unequipped area for your individual stand construction
You get a free space to build exclusive
stand for USD 240 / 1sqm. Standard
construction is ordered trough the Organizers only. You get
a standard
publication at the official catalogue. Minimal stand size
is 9 sqm.
Working place
This is the option for those wishing to get minimal participation
option.
For USD 340 you may get a working area at the common stand
with your table,
chairs, socket and frieze panel with company name, standard
publication at
the official catalogue.
Non-present participation
The option costs USD 100. We request
a non-present participant to mail over
the leaflets and catalogues to Organizers to hand them over
from a
non-present participation stand. Standard publication at
the official
catalogue is included.
All participants are to pay USD 260 registration fee.
All payments are non-taxed with Russian VAT. Bank fees are
charged to the
Exhibitor.
