Participation Terms
Dear colleagues!
We are glad to offer convenient forms of participation:
A turnkey stand
The cost of turnkey stand is EUR 200 per 1 m2. It includes: standard back and side walls, fascia panel with company name, carpeting, coat rack, wastebasket, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 spot-light, 1 socket (220VAC, 3KW), standard publication at the official catalogue. General waste disposal as well as hall security is at organizer's disposal. Minimal stand size is 4m2. Standard stand construction, additional equipment and services are to be ordered through the Organizers.
Unequipped area for your individual stand construction
You get a free space to build exclusive stand for EUR 170 / 1m2. You have to order electric power additionally. You get a standard publication at the official catalogue. Minimal stand size is 9 sqm. A 50% charge is applied for two-stores booths.
Working place
For EUR 230 you get a minimal package - a table, a chair and electric socket at the common booth. Standard publication at the official catalogue is included.
Non-present participation
The option costs EUR 120. We request a non-present participant to mail over the leaflets and catalogues to Organizers to hand them over from a non-present participation stand. Standard publication at the official catalogue is included.
All the participants are to pay EUR 250 registration fee.
All payments are non-taxed with Russian VAT. Bank fees are charged to the
Exhibitor.
